At Ginny & Me, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find our delivery timeframes and important customs information by region.
UK: Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivered 2–3 working days from dispatch. (Pre-orders ship on the date shown.)
Europe: 4–6 working days from dispatch. Small customs/handling fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
USA: 4–6 working days from dispatch. Shipped DDP with no extra customs fees on delivery.
Rest of World: 5–7 working days from dispatch.

*Please note all items must be unworn and in suitable condition*
If sizing is incorrect we also accept changes.
We have a 14 day refund policy.
Please ensure to include your return slip and a note with your order number inside to be eligible for a return.
Pre-order info
Ginnyandme is known for its pre-order system.
Due to high demand and slow fashion we operate our drops on a preorder basis.
Our preorder can take 1-3 weeks please email ginnyandme1@gmail.com with you order number to get information on timings of your jackets.

Windbreaker washing instructions
Our Windbreakers can be washed on a 30° cold wash.
Please do not put the windbreakers in a tumble dryer!
Air dry them.
Our windbreakers can be ironed at a very low temperature.
